History

Driving force behind RIBS Network, The Network Club and The NetworKing is Charles D.A. Ruffolo. The retired 1SG from the American Armed Forces earned his MPA in his free time and fine-tuned his natural talent for linking common interests. He continued starting up a professional networking organization called RIBS Network.

RIBS Network has developed networking into a new science and the foundation of a flourishing company.  In addition, RIBS Network provides training courses in this field to groups and companies and he is often a guest speaker on networking and motivation. From RIBS Network, The Network Club −which has over 3,000 registered members and 10,000 worldwide business professionals in the network − was established and formed the foundation for The NetworKing concept.

The sole goal of the NetworKing is to establish a worldwide professional network organization that provides new and innovative network tools and training for clients and members so they can do business  and make money.

Founder

In addition to managing The NetworKing, Charles Ruffolo develops and gives training to organizations such as Canon, ABN AMRO, IBM, Microsoft, ING Bank, City of Amsterdam, Heineken and Nijenrode University.  Personalized Network Services is another trade skill. Bringing entrepreneurs with a specific need directly to the right counterpart, at the right level, is a service that has developed over the years with the expansion of the network. Ruffolo has brought the Dutch Lottery to President Clinton for the Clinton Global Initiative and for a wind technology company (Emergya Wind Technologies) project he brought Dutch entrepreneurs in contact with General Wesley K. Clark (ret.).

License model

To make the NetworKing platforms available and tangible to business- minded people through out the world, The NetworKing has developed a license model for professional networkers to use and integrate in their own local markets. A licensee can use all the facilities, models and features that The NetworKing has developed to create or professionalize their own professional network organization. By licensing the concept, The NetworKing  international network will grow exponentially and provide all global members and clients with greater network possibilities and more business opportunities.
